During the Employee’s employment with MPI-K9 LLC (“Company”) and for a period of twenty-four (24) months following the date employment ends for any reason, the Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, whether acting alone or through another individual, company, agency, LLC, partnership, or other entity: Work for, provide services to, or contract with any other security company (armed, unarmed, patrol, K9, monitoring, or executive protection) at any client site, property, or business location where MPI-K9 currently provides services or where the Employee was assigned, deployed, or worked at any time during their employment. Solicit, accept, divert, or attempt to divert any business, contract, or opportunity from any MPI-K9 client, prospective client, manager, property representative, or site contact whom the Employee met, communicated with, or gained access to through their role at MPI-K9, including situations where the client or contact initiates the communication. Start, own, operate, or assist any security-related business that offers services competing with MPI-K9 for the purpose of selling or providing services to any MPI-K9 client, contact, or lead the Employee interacted with or became aware of during their employment. Circumvent MPI-K9 in any manner, including by approaching or accepting contact from any MPI-K9 client or site representative for the purpose of replacing, undercutting, or bypassing MPI-K9 in the provision of security services.
